Facts about Chiropractic
Chiropractic analyzes your body for vertebral subluxations, a severe form of spine and nerve stress, and then corrects or removes any spinal nerve pressure or “pinched nerve” using spinal adjustment techniques.
Subluxations are caused by stress on the body whether it be emotional, mechanical or physiological, the spine harbors the stress and the body adapts. Later in life the body may struggle to keep you balanced and then out of no where you “feel out of whack.”
Nearly everyone eventually gets spinal nerve stress which results in subluxations. The hidden epidemic may lurk around the corner and it is for that reason we all need to have our spines checked for this condition every once in a while by a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Chiropractors perform treatments by working with the bones and nerves of the spinal column and spinal cord as well. Chiropractors spend years of highly specialized training in order to analyze, detect and correct spinal misalignments or subluxations. Through the Chiropractic adjustment, nerve pressure is released and in turn allows the body to express it’s full potential.
Various conditions are treated with Chiropractic care, such as allergies, ear infections, PMS, cold/flu, arthritis, stress, vision issues, headaches, colic, bed-wetting, high blood pressure, sciatica and the list goes on!
The goal of Chiropractic treatments is not to treat a disease, but rather enhance the health of an individual through the reduction of spinal nerve stress so that your body can heal itself.
